Shipping and Returns

  • Our warehouse sends out orders as quickly as they can, so if you need to cancel or change an order please email info@gentilhealth.com with your order reference number. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

  • We ship domestically within Australia. We ship internationally to the United Kingdom, The United States, Canada and New Zealand.

  • We currently offer free standard shipping within Australia. For international orders please see the shipping rates during the checkout process.

  • We endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible, however backlogs with our postage carrier can occasionally cause delays. Please expect orders within Australia to arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Refund policy

If you believe your item is faulty, please send an email to info@gentilhealth.com with details of the fault and we will be in touch.

If the item you’ve purchased has a minor fault, then we will offer you a refund, repair or replacement.  However, if your item has a major fault then you can choose to either receive a replacement or refund. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer a return for a change of mind.

Nothing in our Returns Policy restricts your ability to make a claim that may be available to you for failure to comply with a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping policy

All domestic orders within Australia are shipped with Australia Post. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be dispatched.

We currently also ship to Canada, United Kingdom, United States and New Zealand. Your order will be shipped with Australia Post and handed over to your local carrier for delivery.
